MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS FOUNDATION
Culture and solidarity, hand in hand.
Porta Ferrada Occident collaborates with the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation together with Helena Jornet Finques, a company deeply committed to this cause.
This commitment is reflected in initiatives such as the JornetFest, a charitable event that has been part of the Village Estrella Damm for the past five years, helping to raise awareness and support projects with a positive social impact.
This year, Porta Ferrada Occident invitations also include a €5 charitable contribution, donated entirely to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation.

APROPA CULTURA
Culture open to everyone.
Porta Ferrada Occident is part of Apropa Cultura, an initiative that makes culture more accessible to people in situations of social vulnerability.
Through this platform, people with disabilities, older adults and socially excluded groups can attend the festival under adapted conditions, promoting a more inclusive and accessible cultural experience.

PUNT LILA
Enjoy the festival with freedom and respect.
Porta Ferrada Occident provides a Punt Lila (Purple Point), a space offering information, awareness and support in response to any situation involving harassment, sexist violence, LGTBI-phobia or any other form of discriminatory behaviour.
We want everyone to enjoy the festival with freedom, respect and safety.
The Punt Lila is a prevention, support and assistance service available throughout the festival.
VOLUNTEERS
The people who bring the festival to life.
Every edition of Porta Ferrada Occident relies on volunteers from Sant Feliu de Guíxols, who welcome and guide visitors, help them access the different venues and contribute to making the festival experience more welcoming and enjoyable.
Their dedication and commitment are an essential part of the festival and reflect the strong bond that Porta Ferrada Occident has maintained with the town for more than sixty years.
