Get ready for your visit to Guíxols Arena with all the practical information you need before you arrive.

Timetables

Check the gate opening times, concert start times and Village performance schedules (where applicable).

We recommend arriving early to access the venue comfortably.

To make the festival more sustainable and ensure smoother access to the venue, we kindly ask you to have your ticket ready on your mobile phone.

Important: once you have entered the venue, you will not be able to leave and re-enter, except for La Festassa KM0 and Delirium concerts.

Getting here

You can reach Guíxols Arena by car, bus or train from Barcelona and Girona.

If you’re travelling by car, we encourage you to share your journey whenever possible.

Important: Avinguda Catalunya will be closed to traffic to facilitate access to the venue and avoid congestion.

What can you bring?

Before coming, check what is and isn’t allowed.

Please note:

– Pushchairs are not allowed in the grandstand seating area.

– Smoking is not permitted in the grandstand or food court areas.

– There is no cloakroom or luggage storage service.

Minors

Children aged 3 and under (inclusive) may enter free of charge, provided they do not occupy a seat.

All children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult and complete the corresponding online form before attending.

Accessibility

Guíxols Arena offers accessible access via Avinguda Catalunya.

There is a reserved area for people with reduced mobility in front of the grandstands, where one companion may also access (subject to availability).

If you require an accessible parking space, please email festival@portaferrada.cat attaching your accreditation. Spaces are limited.

Guíxols Arena Village

Before, during and after the concert, you can enjoy a wide range of food and drink options inside the venue.

To complete your experience, you can also visit the Village Estrella Damm, located in the Monastery Gardens, before or after the concert and enjoy its wide range of food options.

Espai Carmen Thyssen

With a valid Porta Ferrada Occident ticket for the same concert day, you can visit the Espai Carmen Thyssen free of charge.

Hot weather recommendations

With the high temperatures expected, we recommend staying well hydrated, protecting yourself from the sun with sunscreen, and wearing a cap or hat so you can enjoy the concert safely.
