I have not received my tickets by email.
The purchase confirmation email with your ticket PDF may take up to 20 minutes to arrive. It is normal if you do not receive it immediately. Please check your spam folder and, if you use Gmail, also the Social, Promotions and Updates tabs.
If more than an hour has passed and you have not received the email, check whether the charge has been made to your bank account. If it has not, the purchase was likely not completed successfully.
