SOPA DE CABRA IN CONCERT AT THE PORTA FERRADA OCCIDENT FESTIVAL 2026
Sopa de Cabra is celebrating. Considered one of the pioneering and most influential bands in the history of Catalan rock, they mark 40 years of their career with a major tour. The group, formed in Girona in the mid-1980s, has built one of the most successful trajectories in Catalan music, led by Gerard Quintana. Songs such as L’Empordà, Camins and El far del sud have become true intergenerational anthems and part of the country’s soundtrack.
Over these 40 years, Sopa de Cabra has released eighteen albums, including Ben Endins, the best-selling Catalan pop-rock album in recent times. Now, they arrive at Porta Ferrada Occident to make us sing and dance to their greatest hits.
