MÓNICA NARANJO IN CONCERT AT THE PORTA FERRADA OCCIDENT FESTIVAL 2026

The singer from Figueres, Mónica Naranjo, celebrates 30 years of her career with Greatest Hits Concerts, a show that revisits her greatest hits such as Sobreviviré, Desátame, Europa and Empiezo a recordarte. Accompanied by musicians, backing vocalists and dancers, with a powerful lighting design and costumes specially created for the show, she will take to the Guíxols Arena with unstoppable energy.

Throughout her career, the singer has sold more than nine million records and is considered one of the most powerful voices on the global music scene. She has collaborated with artists of the stature of Luciano Pavarotti, Rocío Jurado and Raphael, and has evolved musically from more commercial dance-pop to more artistic proposals, such as the album Minage, in which she pays tribute to the Italian diva Mina.

A strong advocate for sexual rights, in 2012 she received the Maguey Award for Sexual Diversity in Mexico for her commitment to equality and the defense of the LGTBIQ+ community. Among her musical recognitions, the “Panther of Figueres” has received three World Music Awards.
