This piece, which commemorates the <strong>150th anniversary of Manuel de Falla<\/strong>, is not just a ballet; it is a statement of principles. The work emerges as a transitional piece between <em>Carmen<\/em> and <em>Fuenteovejuna<\/em>, and as the final great collaboration between these two giants of the stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Created in 1989 during a moment of profound personal transformation, Gades poured an introspective state of mind into <em>Fuego<\/em>. Far from the romantic fantasy of <em>El amor brujo<\/em>, the choreographer immerses us in a storyline tinged with <strong>madness, dreams and shadows<\/strong>, where Saura\u2019s visual strength and Dominique You\u2019s lighting create a hypnotic atmosphere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The performance is a display of unparalleled talent: over the original soundtrack performed by <strong>Roc\u00edo Jurado<\/strong>, Gades interwove flamenco fragments and popular music that pulse with a timeless energy.
